The Advertising Club India hosted the inaugural edition of the Marquee Awards. Presented by News18 India, powered by Colors and MTV and partnered by One India, the Marquee Awards saw the entire marketing fraternity come together to recognise brands for their excellence in marketing. 10 days prior to the event a Wiz was deputed to the Viacom office to oversee & coordinate the invitation process. About 750 invites were sent to the CEOs, CMOs, Agency heads & stalwarts from the advertising, marketing & media industry. A red carpet was rolled out for the guests who were snapped by the paparazzi. As guests settled down, a Voice Over introduced Mr. Harris Thajab (Chairman of the Ad Asia Organising Committee) who addressed the guests about Asia’s largest advertising congress. The evening commenced with the invocation of God’s segment through a live recital of Ganesh Vandana by Ameya Date and Maithli-finalists from the reality show Rising Star. This was accompanied by live speed painting of a portrait of Lord Ganesha by Vilas Nayak that complimented the occasion.
Curated the concept of ‘Crave No More’ – The Food Truck Challenge at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. Saffola Masala Oats, in association with celebrity chefs Kunal Kapoor, Shipra Khanna & Saransh Goila set out on a mission urging Indians across the country to #BreakUpWithJunk. Wizcraft conducted various engagement activities to intrigue the audience. The activities created maximum engagement of audience & ensured footfalls at the food trucks. An integral element of the strategy was to break food habits. Designed two trucks reflecting two cuisines - Italian & Chinese. The event was marked by a historic battle between two sets of talented celebrity chefs & top food bloggers of the country.
Featured Lipton Green Tea as the most sought after drink to stay fit. Wizcraft created a stall where audience were served with variety of green tea cocktails by an expert chef. A green tea inspired backdrop was installed for them to pose & click pictures. A bell was hung for the audience to ring it if they like the cocktail. Keeping green tea in mind, the entire look & feel of the setup was created with the touch of nature & organic looking elements. More than 5000 cups were sampled across 5 days with more than 20000+ interactions.
PayPal Editors' Breakfast Meet was held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai on the 8th of November. PayPal is an online platform to send & receive money at ease. At the event, the domestic online payment operations was launched in the Indian market. The objective was to create a buzz about the brand. The event was attended by media & the internal leadership team of PayPal. The company MD & the GM addressed the media.
NBA is a popular brand globally but was struggling to reach the masses in India. They wanted to spread more awareness. To fulfil the requirement, Wizcraft created engagement zones in 3 cities & promoted the activity over 26 weekends. We engaged the masses by giving them a showcase into the slice of life of NBA. Designed an experiential space with multiple engagement zones wherein people can participate in the section of their interest & basis their skill level. The whole zone was made to look like a basketball court along with locker room setup, basketball arena, etc. once stepped in, guests got a feel of entering a Basketball court. A king size 6 ft Basketball was created to attract the crowd. This became a great photo op for guests and also drove in maximum no of social media uploads.
Avvatar is an Indian protein supplement company which reaches consumers in the freshest form. They wanted to educate the masses about their wide variety of products. Wizcraft fabricated & designed a stall for them at IHFF in NESCO, Goregaon, Mumbai. The expo was held from 13th to 15th October, 2017. Visitors experienced a wide range of products displayed by them. Live sampling proctail bars were installed for people to taste & experience the supplements then & there. The emcee engaged the fitness freaks in various activities. An anti-gravity photo engagement booth was created for visitors to click fun photos.
Designed & fabricated a stall for L&T at WETEX 2017, the largest show for Infra & Electrical solutions.The show was held at the Dubai World Trade Center from 6th to 9th September.
An opening ceremony of epic proportions produced and directed by Wizcraft for ISL. The whole event was a challenge right from the word go as the venue had changed from Kolkata to Kochi just 2 weeks before the ceremony date and the entire process of planning and executing the event had to start right from scratch. This however saw great collaborative work across departments and geographical locations.A styrofoam stage was used for the first time and was even dismantled in less than 10 minutes post the ceremony.More than 300 performers on the show enthralled the audience which also saw dazzling performances from Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan.The crowd went crazy to see Malayalam Film Industry’s Superstar Mammootty’s presence at the stadium.

The 82nd National Badminton Championship (De Shuttle) saw a sporting galore that witnessed some of the most historic moments with Saina Nehwal, P V Sindhu, Srikanth Kidambi and other elite shuttlers from the country. The event, saw some nail biting, back to back badminton matches. From managing the entire tournament to curating the opening and closing ceremony to composing the first ever war cry for Badminton, Wizcraft did it all. The event was attended by eminent guests such as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri. Devendra Fadnavis, Dr. Himanta Biswas Sarma-President BAI, Shri. Nitin Gadakari, Shri Arun Lakhani-President MBA and iconic badminton champ P. Gopichand. The event brought alive the culture of Maharashtra with synchronized beats of the Dhol Tasha. A digital lamp lit up the court symbolic of the way the game lights up players’ and fans’ lives. National Badminton Championship came to a fitting end with an iconic final match between two legends, Saina Nehwal & PV Sindhu who kept the crowds and spectators on tenterhooks. Thunderous chants of fans, super drop shots and flurry of smashes, the tournament ended with Nehwal claiming her third national title.
AIFF - FIFA (All India Football Federation- Fédération Internationale de Football Association) welcome dinner hosted by Shri Praful Patel, President AIFF curated by Wizcraft. A night where football association celebrated in true Indian style at the intellectual capital of the country, Kolkata. The evening curated specially for FIFA council members, who were visiting India for the first time, brought alive the cultural motto of ‘atithi devo bhavo’. Showcasing India’s rich and colorful culture and celebration spirit from the moment guests entered the venue. Shehnai welcoming guests at the entrance, to customized designer wear Indian attire for each guest, the evening was attended by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bengal Mamta Banerjee, Shri Praful Patel, President of FIFA Gianni Infantino and other eminent guests from the sporting, lifestyle, social and business sector.
The evening started with a cultural performance by Dona Ganguly and her troupe, to a power packed dance by Shaimak Davar’s troupe showcasing how festivals are celebrated in our country. Various zones were created to capture typical wedding moments in an Indian wedding like the mandap, ‘Dulha-Dulhan throne, the Indian motif bar followed by a traditional Marwari royal dinner set-up called the Sajjan Goth.

Wizcraft’s association with RiderMania has been since its inception, this was the 7th consecutive smoothly executed show. This was a turnkey project for Wizcraft where Planning & Venue Layout, Creative Conceptualization, Technical, Sound, Light, Video & Power, Branding & Logistics, Show Management, Security Management was all handled. The event saw over 7500 bikers riding from all over the India, gathered at Hiltop, Vagator, Goa. The venue was divided into various zones like Registration, Parking & Activity Area, Custom Bike Display Area, Café & Lounge, Small Concert Stage with Food & Merchandise Stall, Dirt Track Race Area, Main Concert Arena. On day 3 of the event – the crowd witnessed the launch of 2 new bikes from RE. The concert had a major line-up right from Benny Dayal to Karsh Kale, Reggae Rajhas to Divine and many others. The whole event was made cashless through RFID bands. The event saw expert dialogues on the topic of biking, stand-up comedians, beat boxers, bike racers and other fun competitions
The big draw was the launch of 2 new bikes. Mr Siddharth Lal the MD facilitated this launch via an automated curtain reveal mechanism with bikes displayed on motorised turn tables.
Opening new doors for passengers to have a smooth flying experience with Jet Airways, Air France & KLM. An epic collaboration by an Indian Aviation company, Jet Airways together with Air France and KLM to enhance the flying experience of the passengers, connecting over more than 84 destinations across Europe. The show was conceptualised, strategised and executed by Wizcraft, creating a mesmerizing experience depicting the fusion of the 3 vibrant cultures around the world. Marking this grand occasion, Wizcraft created a spectacle, that one could not miss.
Bajaj Auto Ltd. had invited 102 dealers + 2 distributors from Ethiopia to India. The agenda was to take them through the Bajaj Auto factories located @ Waluj and Chakan as well as the Akurdi corporate office visit. The dealers were also taken to a few dealer workshops in Pune to understand the current Indian market. The hospitality was flawlessly managed considering the guest’s preferences and at the same time the F&B was arranged to suit their taste buds. All the collaterals were customised as per the events theme, especially the souvenirs were personalised for each dealer with their name on it and was thoughtfully packaged so it was convenient for them to carry back home without hampering the product. For sightseeing they were taken to Agra Fort and The Taj Mahal. A group photo was taken at Taj Mahal and was give out in a photo frame to all the guests as a memento. Each guest was given Indian attire – Kurta and Saffa to get them close to Indian culture at the gala dinner held for them. The event was hosted by Emcee – Kavea Chavali where an interactive Illusionist act was performed by Edmundo Da Cunha who mystified every guest with mind boggling illusions full of humour, followed by the Dances of India depicting diversified Indian cultures. Wizcraft successfully conceptualised and executed the MICE event and it was highly appreciated by all the guests as well as the Bajaj Auto core team.
