The launch of the first store of Xiaomi in Phoenix Market city Bangalore was to translate the tremendous online success to the on-ground retail scene to bring the ultimate Mi experience – The Mi Home. Mi Home is their real-world extension of Mi.com which gives the consumers, a hands-on experience of their products to experience the phone at an intimate level. The Mi Home brings about an exciting experience of buying new Mi products. The theme of the Launch - The activation line was I <3 Mi , which was also used on the T-shirts worn by Team Xiaomi at the launch.
After yet another successful year in the business, Mars Petcare wanted to celebrate their accomplishments, with the people behind it. Wizcraft designed a spectacular 2-day event that was the perfect mix of business & pleasure. The conferences were themed around the company's growth in the last year. This reflected even in the stage design, which depicted acceleration by taking the shape of a triangle. The dinners on the other hand were nothing short of a Bollywood A-list party. The Bollywood-themed dinner, hosted on day one, was a starry affair, where 200 guests danced the night away to the DJ's tunes. The second night was all about the glitz & glamour, with a red carpet theme and magazine photo opp. In the end, the event was deemed a blockbuster hit.
Created an engagement zone at the AI Conclave event for the programmers & decision makers attending the event. A golf booth was created using the Intel mother board as the landscape for the golf arena. Attendees who were able to score a pocket using the golf equipment won interesting goodies. The booth stood as the most appreciated engagement activity. It saw 270 + attendees engaged over the span of the event.
Executed a transformational conference for Fujitsu and its customers. Reached out and seeked the right audience from across various industry verticals to create a powerful communication plan/campaign. Created the urge & need for industries to attend the conference. The format of how conferences are done in general was transformed & an experience for Fujitsu customers was created so that they keep coming back for more. Wizcraft reached out to 1747 unique companies & out of those, 1518 attended the event across the three cities of Mumbai, Delhi & Bengaluru. The attendees took to twitter to talk about their experience at the event. The hashtag #FujitsuWT made it to the trending topics of that day. The idea here was to create a holistic experience for all the Fujitsu customers who attended the event. Fujitsu wanted to reach to its customers by engaging them in conversations along with knowledge sessions. The entire conference saw multiple innovative engagements from the wish tree, tweet café, selfie sling shot, giant puzzles, live candy poll station and a Lego city.
On November 7th in Spain and November 9th in Moscow, Xiaomi showcased all their products and launched their phone. Xiaomi launched the IMi A1 and Mi Mix Phone in Spain and the Mi Mix Phone in Moscow. An experience zone was created where all Xiaomi products like Mi Power Bank, Mi Scooter, Mi Projector, 4K Camera, Mi Band 2 were displayed.
The presentation was done by Xiaomi CEO Xiang Wang and the Director of Product Management and Marketing, Xiaomi Global Donovan Sung addressed the Media and Mi Fans. Xiaomi was founded in 2010 by serial entrepreneur Lei Jun.
The objective of the event was to showcase Swiss Re’s accelerator program to their leadership team and key stakeholders from around the globe. Wizcraft curated the experience, from the stem. From dance performances to a gala to the main conference, it was all flawlessly executed. A small drum-circle team building activity was also orchestrated and set up a market stall area in their office, with custom made backdrops and visual aids, where they could present their cutting edge research in the field of reinsurance.

The delegates were given the Croatian overdose when they were taken on a Sightseeing Tour of the City. The 11th edition of the aerospace exhibition was planned & executed at Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru. A Chalet structure was designed & fabricated specially for the event. Around 2000 visitors who were HAL's esteemed clientele & members of the aviation fraternity visited & enjoyed the retreat at the Chalet.
Launched the compact sedan, Volkswagen Ameo in Delhi. An illusion was created while revealing the car. It involved the LED to slide & the reveal of the car and was synced with the AV which drove from behind the LED giving an impression as if the car is coming out of the screen. A skyline was created using prominent monuments of the country representing India in its most vibrant form.
The much awaited launch of the all new Toyota Innova Crysta kick stared with a press conference in the afternoon with regional and national media professionals covering the event. The press meet was followed by a grand and elaborate customer meet which was graced by invitees and dealers of the Toyota brand. The dignitaries unveiled the all new Innova Crysta which marked the official launch of the multi luxury automobile and speeches with regard to it were delivered. The entertainment and the experiences were carved with a touch of brilliance. ThoughtWorks India Away Day marks the conglomeration of the various branches of the company under one roof to celebrate, synergize and carve the way to a new endeavor. 2016 marked the biggest Away Day of ThoughtWorks with over 1000 employees coming together and embracing the common goal of the ThoughtWorks family. The thought provoking keynotes, eye striking visuals, high energy entertainment, and a bunch of ThoughtWorkers was a lethal combination. The highlights of the show were in the experience zones, where the crowd witnessed an “Anti-Gravity” photo booth. There were people falling from the roof and climbing the walls redefining the laws of gravity.

Wizcraft designed and executed a unique experiential design to launch Xiaomi’s first home appliance in India and make it memorable. The stage design and setup was conceptualized to depict an ideal cozy home making the experience more real and personal. Media guests were pleasantly surprised to discover that the main stage was designed like a modern kitchen. The setup also had a living room, kid’s room and a study room with Mi products smartly integrated into the ambient design. The attention to detail in the setup caught the eye of the media and was widely appreciated. Amidst tremendous excitement, Hugo Barra, VP, Xiaomi International launched the new product and created an immediate impact. During the impressive demo, a glass cabin with the Mi Air Purifier 2, was filled with smoke. Mr Barra switched on the smart purifier with the Mi Mobile app, and in a matter of minutes the smoke was sucked away by the powerful motors of Mi Air Purifier 2.
