Bajaj Auto Ltd. had invited 102 dealers + 2 distributors from Ethiopia to India. The agenda was to take them through the Bajaj Auto factories located @ Waluj and Chakan as well as the Akurdi corporate office visit. The dealers were also taken to a few dealer workshops in Pune to understand the current Indian market. The hospitality was flawlessly managed considering the guest’s preferences and at the same time the F&B was arranged to suit their taste buds. All the collaterals were customised as per the events theme, especially the souvenirs were personalised for each dealer with their name on it and was thoughtfully packaged so it was convenient for them to carry back home without hampering the product. For sightseeing they were taken to Agra Fort and The Taj Mahal. A group photo was taken at Taj Mahal and was give out in a photo frame to all the guests as a memento. Each guest was given Indian attire – Kurta and Saffa to get them close to Indian culture at the gala dinner held for them. The event was hosted by Emcee – Kavea Chavali where an interactive Illusionist act was performed by Edmundo Da Cunha who mystified every guest with mind boggling illusions full of humour, followed by the Dances of India depicting diversified Indian cultures. Wizcraft successfully conceptualised and executed the MICE event and it was highly appreciated by all the guests as well as the Bajaj Auto core team.
Organized an incentive trip for the Mahindra Holiday Sales team who did superlatively well in FY 2016-17. The incentive trip gave an opportunity to celebrate the success of the sales team, boost their morale and network with each other. Handled the end-to-end execution to ensure that the guests experienced a grand celebration.

Planned & organised a 5-day event for over 70 Toyota dealers & partners. Held in Melbourne, Australia, Wizcraft arranged travel, logistics & hospitality for the guests. The tour also saw the Fortuner test drive which was a huge success, with many dealers exploring the vast Australian roads to enjoy its smoothness. All in all, it was a memorable experience for all involved.
Held in Hyderabad, the Hexa Experience Drive was a one of a kind media drive for Tata Motors providing a seamless product experience. The objective was to give a first-hand experience of the car to all partners at one destination. Wizcraft organised a 10-day event packed with a combination of customized drives, presentations & dinner filled with fun entertainment. The drive was attended by 120 media, 60 bloggers, 126 dealers & 250 sales staff.
The Jaguar Land Rover Suppliers Day held in UK at the British Motor Museum was a niche, one of its kind event organized by Wizcraft. The objective was to create a networking event experience where Jaguar-Land Rover met its Indian suppliers. The entire MICE detailing across various Indian cities from creating travel packages for their suppliers to organizing supplier visas & air tickets was brilliantly handled by Wizcraft. An experience was created right from the time they left the city till they returned. Hotel Stratford was the chosen hotel in UK where all the suppliers were put up. Every detail right from their movements within the city to assisting them during the 2 day exhibition and everything in between was managed by team Wizcraft.
One of Wizcraft’s biggest MICE events, the Apple Retailers Meet involved bookings of travel & hospitality for over 1100 delegates from 22 cities spread over 7 luxury hotels in the city of Mumbai. The retailers are the face of the brand, who directly interact with the end customer. In order to achieve better growth rate for the upcoming year, the retailers were brought together to initiate strategies, appreciate the positive outcomes they had achieved so far and discuss potential opportunity for future. The entire planning was executed through an App created specifically for the event wherein the entire logistics (flights & hotels), agenda of the meet & other important aspects were communicated to the guests. It was a flawless end to end plan which made the event hugely successful, and well appreciated by the clients, as well as the guest attendees.
Wizcraft executed a pan India launch for the Gionee S6s across 13 cities over a period of 5 days for 8000 + dealers. A concept to create AWE and leave the audience gasping for more was produced keeping in mind usage of technology and craze for Bollywood. A drone was used as the medium for the launch along with celebrity interaction. The idea was to showcase the front flash feature of Gionee S6s which was a first of its kind to the guests through various communication and touchpoints right from the pre event preps to the event day. Wizcraft designed a set that reflected the brands colour & was technology savvy with the use of LED’s.
Wizcraft conceptualized and executed a one of a kind media drive for Tata Motors- Hexa. The drive provided a seamless product experience where in the audiences ranged from customer advisors to dealership owners to media & bloggers from different genres. The drive was planned on a specific 175 kms route to highlight all capabilities of the Tata Hexa.
The much awaited launch of the all new Toyota Innova Crysta kick stared with a press conference in the afternoon with regional and national media professionals covering the event. The press meet was followed by a grand and elaborate customer meet which was graced by invitees and dealers of the Toyota brand. The dignitaries unveiled the all new Innova Crysta which marked the official launch of the multi luxury automobile and speeches with regard to it were delivered. The evening also witnessed a dynamic performance by KK in Bengaluru and Sunidhi Chauhan in Hyderabad which took the verve of the event to a whole new level. The crowd was enthralled by the magnanimity of the performance of the live band which set feet tapping and hearts beating. The event was a successful one and the latest segment of the Innova from Toyota did not disappoint the loyal customers of the brand. The event scripted the benchmark of power and luxury that Toyota is vowed to deliver.
